Challenge

Restaurants often rely on separate tools for POS, ordering, inventory, tables and customer management, creating fragmented daily operations. The opportunity was to build one restaurant operating platform and take it from product development into real commercial use.

Diagnose
What we diagnosed

The product had to solve operational problems across multiple restaurant formats while staying simple enough for everyday staff use. The commercial challenge was equally important: building the product alone would not create adoption. The product needed onboarding, trials, sales follow up and customer success.

Design
What we designed

We designed an operating platform covering POS and orders, tables, inventory, menu management, staff operations, customers, reporting and digital ordering. Alongside the product, we designed the commercial model around free trials, sales follow up and recurring subscriptions.

Build
What we built

The system was developed as a cloud restaurant management product, with the operational modules, customer experience and commercial infrastructure built together.

Run
What we ran

Bzns Butlers continued operating the product after launch across product development, sales, lead generation, onboarding, account management, customer success and product improvement.

Result
Measured outcome

In one commercial proof of concept cycle, the product moved beyond development into a real operating SaaS business with an active acquisition and conversion process.

  • 1,000 leads
  • 120 free trials
  • 12 paying customers
Current status and handover

The platform continues to be developed and operated, with additional products being built around the same restaurant ecosystem.
